Cardio Belly Dance
Mondays, September 10-October 22
Get fit through the sensual, sinuous, strengthening movements of the ancient art of belly dance. Blast calories, tone your core, improve flexibility and balance all while dancing and listening to traditional Middle Eastern, Fusion, and Tribal dance styles and music. Awaken your spirit and vitalize your mind-body connection as you dance through this high energy workout.
Classes are taught in the Fitness Studio at the Worthington Community Center, 345 E. Wilson Bridge Rd, Worthington, Ohio 43085
